In a wild area in 41 months appeared Brasilia which became in 1960 the new capital from Brazil.
From the top of the television tower you can see the monumental axis and the general disposition of the city in the shape of a plane.
In the live museum of the memory candangueira located in ancient barracks from the original time you can see the pilot scheme and discover the story of the Juscelino Kubitschek's project.
The president's statue continue to watch the growth of the city from the Catetinho ("little palace") built in 1957 in 10 days. In its gardens, he used to walk and talk with Oscar Niemeyer architect of quite all public buildings and among them the cathedral and the Place of The Three Powers in the front of the plane.
